Steve Zuidema 

Steve Zuidema began his woodworking career in 1991 as an apprentice stair builder for Chenet Staircase & Millwork Company in Sarasota FL. This position gave him the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best woodworkers in the industry.

After four years of building and installing spiral and circular stairs, Steve went on to creating interiors of custom tour buses for several well-known entertainers. All of these interiors began as empty shells of brand new Prevost buses. Steve's involvement included the manufacture, finish and installation of many custom components; ranging from curved moldings and furniture, to soft goods. This type of work led Steve's employer into the yacht interior business in 1995. Since then, Steve has worked his way through the ranks becoming an experienced builder, installer, crew leader, and shop supervisor. From 2002 to 2009, Steve managed all aspects of the manufacture, finish and installation of many yacht interiors and high end homes.

In January 2009, he was asked to be a part of Bluewater Yachting Solutions. Steve and John had been working together for the better part of 15 years using their skills to produce quality furniture for yachts and homes at this time. When this opportunity arose, the answer was clear. With Steve's hands-on experience combined with his leadership skills and excellent team, the only limitation is the edge of your imagination.
